11:45 Just back from the Post Office, having collected a large grey sack, mainly filled with packets from the TES. The new warehouse should help us develop a rolling in/out system for received review copies which recently have threatened to take over the entire living space.

Thanks - we'll look out for news of 'Antarctica's Frozen Chosen' in July - does the book have a UK released date?

I have a YA novel 'Antarctica's Frozen Chosen' coming out with Lothian in July and this is unusual because few authors get the chance to research on an expedition with the Australian Antarctic Division as writer on ice. My bio-terrorism theme is unfortunately becoming nightly TV news now and I wonder about the issue of fiction prediction with authors who research throughly and then ask the question What if?

I also had to abandon my anthrax plot post September 11th.

My web site has details and also notes on my earlier titles. This is my 150th book.
